Enhance brand awareness, attract new patients, and foster a high patient return rate.

Results
- 1,138 tracked appointment booking (conversion) intents from 900 unique users, with 93 tracked completed appointment bookings (conversions) from 56 unique users for an 8.08% conversion rate.
- 58 out of the 93 bookings made follow up appointments (62% return rate) for a total of 151 appointments.
- Average of 27.5 appointment bookings per month.
- $53 total average cost per conversion ($22 lower than Google's predicted industry average). Total average cost of a clinic's service is $148.
- $19,122.00 gross revenue from Google ads. Final ad spend was $4,891.59. Net revenue: $14,230.41.
- 2.2% total average conversion rate for booked appointments compared to ad clicks. 0.8% higher than Google's prediction.
- $1.16 cost of website traffic. $0.84 lower than Google's prediction.
- Based on the clinic's internal tracking sheet, 93 bookings matched with Google ads tracking, with 25 other bookings also attributed to Web Search. From the beginning of the campaign, Google Analytics direct and organic search site traffic increased 48% and 1,076 additional appointments were booked from direct and organic traffic since setting up digital tracking, compared to 30 tracked appointments in the preceding period before the campaign.
